AALF mission

Sodexo's Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) are internal, nonprofit employee groups who, based on shared experiences, join together to provide a positive forum to promote networking, mentoring and professional development among employees. EBRGs support Sodexo's business and diversity objectives. Employees are eligible to join any and all EBRGs as someone who identifies with the affinity group, as an ally, advocate, or someone who is interested in learning more about the EBRG. It's an opportunity to learn and grow while connecting with others at Sodexo and in our communities.

To provide support, guidance and resources to employees and families connected to the military by offering development opportunities, providing a forum to recognize and celebrate contributions made to our country, and establishing partnerships with community groups that support veterans, active duty, National Guard and military reserve.

To foster a corporate environment in Sodexo that embraces and values the culture diversity of its employees, by enhancing individual and professional growth of Pan Asians and increasing the awareness of Pan Asian culture, thereby contributing to the success of the company.

Sodexo Organization for Latinos (Latino, Latina, LatinX and Hispanic) is an engaged and caring group of Sodexo employees dedicated to the development of the Latino community so that personal and professional goals can be met through networking, programs and education. Our commitment is to cultivate a strong leadership pipeline by embracing the important aspects of diversity, equity and cultural passion while collaborating with SOL Allies to increase the awareness of Latinos’ contributions, talent retention and accelerated growth.
